Support Line

Telephone access to a registered veterinary nurse team when you need it

Getting expert advice from registered veterinary nurses could help highlight any health concern early in your puppy and kitten. Our team can help you to work out whether you need to book a vet consultation. They will be able to identify if the situation is more urgent and offer appropriate advice.

Our veterinary nurse team are not just here for when your pet is poorly, but can advise on many other aspects of your puppy and kitten's health and wellbeing, as well as supporting you as a new pet owner. We can support you with:

  • Vaccination advice
  • Dental advice
  • Toilet training top tips
  • Feeding and nutrition guidance
  • Support with taking your puppy or kitten on holiday
  • Advice around protecting your pet from parasites including fleas and worms

If you’ve got a query or concern that isn’t listed above, don’t worry. If it relates to your new pet’s health and lifestyle, we're here to help.

If your pet has collapsed, is unconscious, or has been involved in a serious accident, you should contact your veterinary practice or out-of-hours provider directly.

Standard network charges apply.
