We’re now offering some vaccinations
In response to updated guidance from our regulatory body we are now carrying out some primary and booster vaccinations, where it is safe to do so and required or indicated for your pet’s welfare. If your pet is due their vaccinations please contact us for further advice.
Safe collection of medication available
We are now able to offer safe collection of your pet’s medication and flea and worm preventative mediations. Please contact us to find out more.
Meet the team
I qualified in 2001 in South Africa and have been living and working in the UK since 2003. I have a keen interest in small animal medicine and dentistry but like general practice overall. I have lived in Peterborough for 7 years and together with my husband, Oussama, are the JVP partners in Companion Care Peterborough. We have a dog, Jack which is a friendly Labrador that has saved a couple of lives by being a blood donor, and other two cats, Bumbum and Gattousy.
I qualified in 2014 from Cambridge University and have been in small animal practice since. I work part-time as my husband and I have a little boy keeping us very busy at home! We also have a border terrier called Rodney and a little cat called Marlene who was rescued through the clinic here. My hobbies include reading, crochet and hiking with my family and Rodney, whilst at work I particularly enjoy feline medicine cases and soft tissue surgery.
I qualified from Onderstepoort University with a BVSc in South Africa in 2013. After working in private practice for 3 years I moved into industry and worked for MSD for 2 years. My Husband was transferred with work in 2019 and we moved to the UK.
I joined the Companion Care team in January 2020 and have regained my passion for Small Animal medicine and surgery. In our free time my husband and I enjoy mountain biking and travelling as much as possible.
I qualified in July 2018 from the University of Santiago de Compostela (Galicia) Spain. I arrived to the UK in August of the same year and enrolled into a 9 month internship in a private practice.
I have gained experience by carrying out voluntary service in different animal shelters in Spain, Turkey and Romania.
I joined Companion Care Vets as a new graduate in May 2019 and I have since enjoyed learning and progressing my expertise. I enjoy all aspects of the veterinary medicine, however, I have interest in small animal surgery and exotics medicine.
I have recently joined Companion Care Peterborough as a veterinary surgeon. I qualified in 2019 from the Royal Veterinary College.
I have an interest in ophthalmology and surgery.
In my spare time I like to cook and bake and try new recipes.
After moving to Peterborough from Nottinghamshire and training at the practice, I have recently become a fully qualified veterinary nurse. At home, I enjoy drawing, painting, and cooking. I have lived with cats all my life and have rescued a kitten called Fidget who is now leading a very happy life at my parents.
I qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2008 and have been in vet practices since 2004. I joined companion care in January 2009.
As well as my nursing duties in practice, I am responsible for processing the insurance paperwork and assisting our customers with their insurance queries. I am also a clinical coach to the student veterinary nurses. I have an interest in Neonatal and Intensive care .
My free time is spent as a family with my husband and our daughter.
I completed a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management in 2012 and have been working in veterinary practice's since 2013. I have recently qualified as a veterinary nurse. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Eva and socialising with friends.
I am a registered veterinary nurse here at companion care. I have a Doberman that lives with my parents, and in my spare time I enjoy furthering my general knowledge and experiences. Since working at companion care they have not only developed my nursing skills but me as a person.
I joined Companion care in September 2019 as a student veterinary nurse. I am currently attending the College of Animal Welfare towards a qualification in Veterinary nursing.
I have 2 dogs , 2 cats and 3 rats at home that keep me busy.
I joined Companion Care in August 2020 as a Veterinary Care Assistant . I have secured a place in the College of Animal Welfare and starting my study towards getting a veterinary nurse qualification.
I have 2 dogs and 2 rabbits and also ride and train horses.
I Joined companion care over 2 years ago as a student nurse . I was recently awarded a veterinary nursing degree from the College of West Anglia.
I have a dog called Knox and a cat called Winston who take all my spare time.
I joined Companion Care as a partner in October 2009 and took the role of a practice manager. Along with Riette, my partner, we run the day to day management of the surgery with my focus on the customer care aspect, and her clinical inclination.
In the beginning of 2013 I completed a course in management, carried on studying Business Management with Anglia Ruskin University and awarded a Diploma in 2015.
In my free time I like socialising and watching Football.
I have been at Companion Care for over 7 years. I qualified as an Animal Veterinary Assistant in 2008 and just completed Level 2 Customer Service course which I was chosen for student of the year award. I enjoy my job very much and have the best of both roles by Nursing in the mornings and as many clients know I am on front line in the afternoons on reception as Head Receptionist. I have been Head Receptionist since 2013 and love all the organizing, it is my passion. My favourite pass times outside of work is walking my dog Summer, and looking after my rabbits Evie and Angel. As of October 2014 I have been kept extra busy at home with the arrival of my first son Ethan.
I have been in the Veterinary industry for 13 years. I am a qualified Animal Nursing assistant and I joined Companion Care in August 2016. I currently work part time on reception after having my three children. At home we have 3 cats - Lola, Betsy and Lottie - a little staffie, Bella, and a hamster called Patrick. In my spare time I like socialising with my friends and going to the cinema.
