For named puppy or kitten only, not transferable. Vaccinations exclude rabies, chlamydia. Package valid for 12 months. 10% discount is valid against the standard cost of neutering. The recommended flea and worm treatment provided will depend on the pet’s weight and lifestyle. Offer valid at participating surgeries only.
