Out of Hours

Outside our normal opening hours please call our out-of-hours service. (emergencies only)

Contact the surgery - 01752 235140, remember to have a pen and paper ready. You will be given a telephone number for the emergency service or vet on call, call the relevant number.

You will be asked a few questions about your pet's conditions and you may be advised on some immediate first aid care for your pet. The emergency service will then arrange for you to meet the vet at the veterinary surgery for treatment should this be necessary.

Out of hours fees

Out-of-hours emergency consultation fees start from £85. Please note if your pet does need to see the vet out-of-hours, an emergency consultation fee will apply.

Any necessary treatment or medication administered by the emergency service will be charged in addition to the emergency consultation fee fee.
