After originally qualifying as an optometrist in South Africa in 1994 John returned to university and qualified as a vet in 2002. He has worked in various small animal practices in the UK before he started at the Dunstable surgery in 2006. John lives with his partner, 2 children and a menagerie of animals including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chickens and some fish for good measure

I started working at Companion Care in December 2018. Before finishing my first degree I performed as a vet assistant to several different practices in California. I studied Animal Science at Cal Poly Pomona and then came over here to study at RVC from 2014 to 2018.

I started working at Companion Care in April 2019 after working for Medivet in Watford for two years, I qualified in 2016 in Las Palmas de G.C. in Spain. I have two Dalmatians called Thor and Eire.

I began my career as a bird keeper at London Zoo, but after a few years moved into animal welfare work. While working for the RSPCA I retrained as a Veterinary nurse, qualifying in 1999.

My interests in life lie in preventative healthcare and avian nursing.

I live with my two cats, Norma and Rita and my aviary birds.

Hello! My name is Louise. I have recently joined the team at Companion Care. I have a national Diploma in Animal Management and am now studying towards becoming a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse.

I live with my rescue Patterdale terrier, Charlie, who keeps me forever on my toes!

I started working at Companion Care in June 2014, before that I worked in retail as a fragrance / pharmacy assistant for two years. I have two gorgeous rescues, one very naughty cat and a beautiful Jack Russell.

Hi! I have been working at Companion Care since June 2018. As you can see from my picture I have a Dalmatian who is 3 ½ years old. He keeps me busy. I also have an interest in horses having been around them for the last 15 years.

I started working at Companion Care in July 2018, I have studied and received my Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management and previously worked with the RSPCA as an Animal Care Assistant. I have 3 dogs at home, my 14 year old Samson, 6 year old rescue Pippa and our new little puppy Penelope the miniature Dachshund! I also have an extremely naughty cat called Bruce.

I started working at Companion Care Vets in March 2019, before that I studied at Liverpool John Moore’s University, gaining a 2:1 in Animal Behaviour back in 2018. I then went on to work as an Auxiliary night nurse for almost a year. I have two dogs, one of which is a rescue called Dutchess and the other is called Ruby and lastly a happy little guinea pig called Stanley.

I started working at Companion Care in January 2019 after volunteering in the practice for about a month during my Level 2 Diploma in Animal Care and Management. I am now currently in the process of completing my Level 3 diploma. I have two French Bulldogs called Winston and Luna, who like to keep me busy at all times.
