After qualifying from the Royal Veterinary College University of London, I completed my Washington and California State Board examinations and North American Veterinary Licensing Examinations and practiced in the USA for a short period. I then returned to the UK to practice and have been based in the local area (Thame) for some years now.

I have a keen interest in small animal soft tissue surgery and internal medicine. I enjoy working with small furries and dentistry on rabbits. I have come from a very animal orientated upbringing with pets ranging from cats, parrots, chickens, ducks, horses, reptiles and fish.

Outside of work I lead an active family life with my wife and daughter and our dogs. With work hours permitting I also get to ride my horse on occasions too!

We look forward to welcoming you to our practice.

I graduated from Glasgow Veterinary School in 2006. I spent a year in mixed practice, where I met my husband Oliver, before making the switch to working with small animals.

I love all aspects of veterinary life from checking out your new puppies and kittens to the more complicated medical and surgical cases, but have a particular interest in soft tissue surgery.

It has been a long held ambition for Oliver and I to open our own practice and we are delighted to finally have the opportunity to do so. We take great pride in looking after your much loved pets to the highest of standards.

When not at work I am looking after my beautiful daughter, Isabella and walking our 2 dogs Nelly and Maisey.

I qualified from the Royal Veterinary College, University of London in 2012. I've since completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Surgery and gained status as an Advanced Practitioner in small animal surgery, this means that I have additional surgical skills to be able to complete more complex procedures to higher standards.

Outside of work I spend most of my spare time with family, friends and pets. I am the proud owner of ‘Tilly’ the collie cross, ‘Pesto’ the Sengal parrot and ‘Rubik’ the cat. I am an avid reader of fantasy and science fiction. My other hobbies include cycling, Lego, dining out and going to the cinema.

I qualified with distinction from The University of Bristol in 2017 and have worked in small animal practice ever since. I enjoy a mix of both medicine and surgery, and love that no two days are ever the same!

In my spare time I love hiking across the countryside- often getting a little lost! I also enjoy bouldering, a hobby I took up to try to conquer my fear of heights. I live with my fiancé Mike and our troublesome rescue cat Lola.

I qualified from the Royal Veterinary College, London in 2022 and joined Companion Care Aylesbury soon after graduating. I previously visited the practice as a veterinary student, progressing into a Veterinary Surgeon soon after. My current interests lie in chronic medicine cases, such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes, and Cushing’s disease, where I look forward to forming long-standing relationships with patients and their owners. My other interests lie in breed-specific diseases and improving breeding practices.

Outside of work, I am a keen gym-goer where I enjoy strength and conditioning training. When not at the gym, I enjoy cooking plant-based recipes and caring for my four dogs: ‘Max’ the Great Dane, ‘Reese and Ezra’ the Dalmatians, and ‘Oscar’ the Shih Tzu cross. Although growing up with many hounds, I have become a converted cat lover after acquiring a stray cat named ‘Jorginho’.

I qualified from Barony College in Scotland in 2013.  I joined this amazing team in June 2020. I really enjoy working with animals especially dogs. Have a real passion of working with working breed dogs, in particular Springer Spaniels. I have an interest in nutrition and hydrotherapy and look forward to developing this in the future.

I am a member of Mayhem Flyball team in Banbury, with my English Springer Spaniel, Thea and compete frequently with my friends and team dogs. When not training at flyball I take my dog to agility or hoopers training. I thoroughly enjoy taking my dog to hydrotherapy to keep her fit. If not training I enjoy going for a pub meal after a walk with the dog.

I started back in Companion Care Aylesbury as Practice manager in July 2022. Helping Oliver with the day-to-day running and administration duties of the practice. You may recognise me as I worked at the practice previously as a receptionist for a number of years. Since I have been away I have been working as a Head Receptionist over at the Bicester branch, this has given me a chance to learn even more and build on my skills, gaining my Bronze Level Veterinary Reception Award.

I can’t imagine doing anything else as it is such a rewarding field to work in, every day posing different challenges and when there all kinds of animals, big and small, to give attention to that’s an added bonus!

When I’m not at work I have two children and three cats to keep me busy. I also enjoy socialising with friends and family, building Lego and most recently I’ve started to develop a passion for Formula 1!

I’ve been brought up around all sorts of animals varying from farm animals to reptiles. We currently have 3 dogs at home which can be a challenge but I wouldn’t change them, in the spring you’ll usually find a Lamb or two we’ll be hand rearing for my Uncle!! I love meeting new people and their pets!

I’m so happy to be here working with an amazing team.

In my spare time, I love spending my down time with my two cats and my family.

I joined the team in February 2017. I have 23 years customer service and finance experience and have always enjoyed meeting and helping clients. This is the first time I have worked in a veterinary practice and it brings its own rewards. Everyday is different and challenging especially when an emergency patient arrives.

I have lived in Aylesbury for 27 years but have moved all over with my husband who served in the Royal Air Force. I'm originally from Gloucester. I have 2 cats, Salt & Pepper and 2 dogs, Eddie & Bobby. I enjoy spending time with my two grandchildren who live in Leighton Buzzard, walking the dogs and eating out with family and friends.
