Terms & Conditions

The following standard terms and conditions apply to all Companion Care promotional offers:

• Offers are available to all registered clients; except for Introductory New Client Registration Offers which are restricted to newly registered clients where the pets are not previously known to us.

• Promotions may only be redeemed by advance booking of an appointment for the consultations or treatment offered. Available appointment hours may be restricted to non-peak opening times.

• Percentage Discounts/Savings are calculated on the basis of the current prices as listed in the individual Surgery Reception. Any one offer is NOT available in conjunction with any other saving/discount concurrently available.

• Offers are available on a ONE-PER-CLIENT only basis and are non-transferable.

• Offers may only be available for a limited period, any offer may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

• Individual offers may carry additional, specific terms and conditions which will be indicated on the promotional material.
