tour our vet surgery...
Excellent Quality Care at affordable prices: Companion Care Swindon strives to offer an excellent quality service by providing each and every patient the care and time needed.
15 minute vet consultations: allow a thorough assessment and an appropriate treatment plan, on an individual, case by case basis
Accessibility: We try to be as accessible as possible in person, by phone
Spacious Waiting Area with a warm welcome: The reception staff, led by Deb Robinson, is a really friendly team and will readily assist you. The waiting room has separate cat and dog waiting areas. Of course, if you ever do find yourself waiting for any length of time then you are more than welcome to browse in the store.
Practice Tours of our spacious and state of the art facilities: We are very proud of our surgery and facilities, and as such we try to operate an open door policy and are always happy to show you around. This depends, of course, on what patients we have in the surgery that day.
£10 new client registration consultation: if you are a new client to us then your first vet consultation will be charged at only £10, regardless of the purpose of your visit. This is valid between Monday and Saturday.
30 minutes First vaccination appointments: when you get a new puppy, kitten, or rabbit, there is a lot to talk about. We therefore allow 30 minutes of time, which is split between the vet (Tanya or Kirsty) and the nurse (Jo, Clare or Nicola). During this time we can thoroughly examine your new addition, talk to you about how to care for your pet, and to answer any of your questions.
Routine Surgical Procedures with excellent standards of care but affordable prices: We recommend that all dogs cats and rabbits are neutered in their first year of life. Rabbits can be neutered from 16 weeks, cats from 5.5 months and dogs from 6 months. There are major health benefits which support this recommendation and we will be happy to discuss this with you at any time. All animals undergoing surgical procedures, however big or small, are treated with the utmost care, whilst in the surgery. Patients undergoing anaesthesia receive intravenous fluids (drip) and are sent home with oral pain relief, a buster collar and some recovery food, at no extra charge.
Our Aim is to involve you, the owner, as much as possible in decision making and to make you and your pet feel part of our team.
