Your vet is Kobus Rautenbach MRCVS
Joint Veterinary Partner and Veterinary Surgeon
I graduated from the University of Pretoria, Onderstepoort, South Africa. Upon graduation I was invited to consider joining the faculty pathology department but decided to peruse other decisions at that stage. I took up a post at the medical university of South Africa and eventually moved to Cape Town. I also worked for a period of 5 years as a veterinarian at a very busy after hour’s emergency clinic in Johannesburg while holding a full time position as a small animal clinician in a private practice as well.
I joined Companion Care as a locum Vet for set contract periods while still dividing time between London and South Africa. I also worked for Goddard Veterinary groups, based in London. It was working in Stockport, that Sharon and I decided to become Joint Venture Partners and base us permanently in Manchester. I also enjoy all aspects of both medical and surgical modalities and along with the strong team at Stockport, we aim to provide care to our clients and patients of the highest standard.
