Announcement from Senior Vet Caty Swain
 
We are very proud to announce that Vicky Szarat, our Non-Clinical Practice Manager and senior nurse, was recently presented with her 10 Year Service Award. Vicky follows in the footsteps of Vikki Naylor (our Clinical Practice Manager and senior nurse) and myself in achieving this significant milestone.
 
I would like to thank Vicky for all her dedication and conscientious hard work, and for giving 150% when dealing with our pets, their owners, and her colleagues. I hugely appreciate it and so do so many of our clients, who regularly give glowing feedback about the caring manner and professional service which Vicky gives both them and their pets.
 
From me and all the team, a huge congratulations and well done to our Piggy!

New Ambulance:

You may see us out and about in our brand new bright pink ambulance. This is great for home visits and if we need to drop off or collect pets from the out of hours veterinary surgery.

New flexible endoscope:

This is a brilliant piece of equipment that allows our veterinary surgeons to examine different body parts such as airways, stomach and intestines. This will allow us to spot things such as lumps and foreign bodies (for example stones, pieces of stick or toys) more efficiently.

Surgery refit:

Over the next 6 months our surgery and waiting area are being totally renovated – we’re all very excited about having a brand new surgery! Unfortunately this does mean that there will be some disruption and we are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
