I graduated from Edinburgh University in 2000 and I was delighted to return to the area when I opened Companion Care Livingston in 2007. Before then I worked at veterinary surgeries in Mansfield, Coventry and Portsmouth. A special interest of mine is internal medicine and dermatology. My dogs mean the world to me. Maggie is a border collie, and Billy is a greyhound. When I get spare time I can be found gardening and doing DIY, or I might be out cycling or at the cinema.

Sue graduated from Edinburgh in 2006, worked in England initially for 2 years, before returning to Scotland to locum before finally settling in a permanent position at Companion Care in Livingston. Interests include medicine & surgery, and small furries. She has two cats called Mumraa & Snarf, and various pet fish.
Alison Docherty
Part-time Veterinary Surgeon
Alison qualified from Glasgow Vet School in 1999. She is our permanent weekend vet and also works occasional week days to cover holidays. Alison thoroughly enjoys both the medicine and surgery aspect of her job and the variety of species that she deals with. She has two dogs and a cat that keep her on her toes outside work!
Marcel Kovalik

Marcel is our part-time vet who works one evening per week.
Isobel Genelli
Practice Manager and Receptionist
Isobel looks after us all, and makes sure the surgery runs like clockwork.
Carolanne Cicero, RVN
Veterinary Nurse
Carolanne gained her qualification from Telford College. Carolanne particularly enjoys puppy socialisation and dental nursing at work. She has 2 cats (Kitty and Colin), 2 Scottish terriers (Murray and Morag) and a cockatiel called Archie.

Veterinary Nurse
Barbara qualified in 1993 and previously worked at the PDSA and Pentland Vets. She has a lab cross called Scooby!

Sheilagh has been working on Livingston Companion Care reception for 3 years. She is surrogate owner to Frodo an English springer spaniel. At home she keeps herself busy with baking and home improvements.
