Lisa from Weston-super-Mare

Lisa graduated from Hartpury College with a degree in Veterinary Nursing Science in 2007.  She has been doing formal training in practice since 2003, but her veterinary career actually started as a work experience student in 1999, working on and off through school and college, building up to university.

Hannah from Weston-super-Mare

Hannah began studying animal care at Weston College straight from school. On passing the exams she worked at a Grooming centre for a little over a year.   Her passion, however, still lies within the medical side of animal care so she took a Nursing Assistant position at a local veterinary practice. In her free time Hannah enrolled at Cannington College and studied an Animal Nursing Assistant qualification.  Joining Companion Care Weston-super-Mare has given her the chance to move forward with her learning, and she’s soon to enrol for Veterinary Nurse training and, with the help of the Practice team, hopes to qualify as a Registered Veterinary Nurse.
