Outside our normal opening hours please call our out-of-hours service. (emergencies only)
Contact the surgery on our normal phone number, remember to have a pen and paper ready - 01489 553 704 You will be given a contact number for our out-of-hours service, call the vet on this number. The vet will ask you a few questions about your pet's condition and may advise some immediate first aid care. The vet will then arrange to meet you at the out-of-hours clinic should this be necessary.

Please note if your pet does need to see the vet out-of-hours, an emergency consultation fee will apply, currently this starts from £144.65.
Any necessary treatment or medication administered by the emergency service will be charged in addition to the emergency consultation fee
