Operational Support: 

Across the operations team we enjoy a broad range of business and veterinary experience. Each Companion Care business has an aligned Operations Manager who ensures that our Joint Venture Partners receive all the assistance and advice they need both on the run up to opening their new practice and on a regular basis thereafter.

The Operations Managers meet regularly with the Partners in their practice to discuss all elements concerning the running of the business - including recruitment, team development, marketing and service standards. They also ensure that the partner has full access to all the resources and expertise that the Companion Care support office can provide to help them run their business successfully.

The Operations team will share the best practice gathered over the years from the experience of many surgeries so our Partners get the full benefit from their business being part of the wider Companion Care network. The Operations Manager will be there for each step of our Partner’s journey and help them to achieve their business goals.
