New Business: The team is involved from finding a location and securing Planning and Landlords permission right through to managing the design and build of your practice, installation of equipment and training.

The team, working alongside operations, is responsible for ensuring that you will be supported throughout the process to ensure the launch of the surgery is a huge success.

Practice Resources: The practice resources team ensures the building and equipment in your surgery is kept in full working order. The team is also responsible for repairs, maintenance and servicing of all equipment and the procurement of new and replacement equipment. Additionally, the team looks after the management of clinical waste, operation of the out of hours VetsNow cover, maintenance schedule testing (such as fire alarms) and the administration of the health and safety policies covering surgeries.
