Systems: The team is responsible for the planning and management of all new surgery IT instalations including hardware, software and complete network management. The team also handles the ongoing support for the telecommunications infrastructure including telephones, phone lines and broadband. On site and in house training for the practice IT systems is supported by the IT team.
Monitoring: The IT team continually monitor the key systems for all surgeries including: the surgery server and workstations; the central client database; antivirus and intrusion prevention; offsite data backups and replication and network performance monitoring.
IT Development: The dedicated IT managers work closely with you and key suppliers to ensure a program of continuous development is in place including: Systems performance improvements; software development; central procurement; and disaster recovery systems.
