Company Secretarial: The legal aspects of running a business including; company formation, indemnity and other insurances, company annual returns, financial statements and reports and liaison with Companies House.

Banking and Accounts: Ring fenced bank accounts are set up for each individual practice for safety and security.  Our partners take advantage of the special banking rates negotiated on their behalf by Companion Care. You will receive a monthly set of accounts detailing sales, purchases, profit and loss and trial balance. You will be given ongoing dedicated support and advice in order to help you to understand your accounts.

Taxation: The team handles all liaison with HMRC from registering the company for VAT through to producing and submitting the quarterly returns. They also handle all aspects of corporation tax for you.

Business planning: Working with you to develop and update 5 year business plans to ensure you maximise the potential of the business and its future value. Comprehensive performance management reports are issued at the end of every period to enable more accurate forcasting and future planning.
