Benefits
To ensure that we attract and retain the best people we offer a comprehensive benefits package in addition to a competitive salary and great working conditions.
For all Companion Care employees we provide the following benefits:
Pension Plan
To help you save for the future we offer a stakeholder pension scheme which is available after a period of 3 months of employment. The pension plan is arranged through Aegon Scottish Equitable.
For employees who wish to make their own contributions there are no age or hours restrictions. Employees may contribute a regular amount per pay period, and tax relief is given on any contributions made to the scheme.
This is a flexible personal scheme, which can be changed to suit individual circumstances. Employees over 18 and with a year’s service will benefit from extra contributions to their plan by Companion Care.
Health Insurance
Once an employee has 1 year’s service or more, and is a member of the Company Pension Scheme they will automatically be covered by the Company’s Health Insurance scheme (for those between the ages of 20 and 59).
Death in Service Benefit Scheme
All permanent employees, who are over 16 and under 65, will receive 4 X annual salary tax free paid to their dependants.
